No More Risk!
So the government guarantees all private-capital lending to a chosen few in the banking industry, and lends them some tax dollars for good measure. We’ll make some money on interest, the banks and their shareholders get bailed out, and banks can now recapitalize with private money and no risk of default for 3 years.
